It is the grievance of the petitioners that they were not granted promotional pay scale from the date when the school came within the grant-in-aid, instead it was granted from some future date. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 6. The promotional pay scale of the petitioners was fixed by the impugned orders dated 30.03.2021 (Annexure No.3). 7. It is submitted that the similar controvery has already been decided by this Court on 30.08.2018, Special Appeal No. 279 of 2018, State of Uttarakhand and others Vs. Harish Singh Bora and others and connected appeals, which has attained finality. The matter is covered. 8. This fact is not disputed by the learned State counsel. 9. The impugned orders dated 30.03.2021, by which the promotional pay scale of the petitioners was fixed is set aside. 10. Since the matter is covered, instant petition is decided in terms of the judgment dated 30.08.2018, Special Appeal No. 279 of 2018, State of Uttarakhand and others Vs.
