To, Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 21.04.2025(Annexure No.5 to the writ petition) passed by the respondent no.3 in case no. 7208/2024 having computerized Case No. T202402030707208 (Raju Viswakarma Versus J.K. Cement) under section 26 of U.P.R.C. 2006." 3. Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection that against the order impugned, the petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing a revision under Section 210 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. Since, the petitioner has an alternative remedy, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 5.
