Mr.Abhishek Srivastava, learned advocate holding the brief, appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client after filing revenue case, obtained demarcation. On his demarcated land, there is encroachment. He seeks direction upon the administration for removal of the encroachers. He submits, his client made representation dated 4th March, 2025. 2. On query Mr.Srivastava submits, encroachers are villagers including the Pradhan. 3. We find respondent no.2 (the District Magistrate) has already initiated inquiry pursuant to said representation dated 4th March, 2025. As such, the authority is taking steps.
