ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“… pleased to issue writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents more particularly respondents 3 to 5 in interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioners in connection with the house properties bearing Nos. 7-1-795/5, 7-1-795/4, 7-1-795/6 situated in Mohammod Colony, Revenue Ward No. 7, Budwel, YSR Kadapa District as illegal, arbitrary, irregular and in violation of Articles 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents not to dispossess the petitioners from their respective house properties and to pass...…”
2. Heard Sri Vivekananda Virupaksha, learned Counsel for the petitioners and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the respondent– police are interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioners over the subject property.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that the police have never called the petitioners to the police station nor insisted that they dispossess from the subject property. It is further submitted that during the preliminary enquiry, it has been revealed that the dispute between the parties
is civil in nature, and the police are not interfering in such civil dispute and that the Court may pass appropriate orders.
5. Considering the submissions made, this writ petition is disposed of. However the respondent police are directed not to interfere in the civil dispute between the parties except under due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
