Petitioner Mr. Biswarup Roy Mr. Litan Ali ... for the Petitioner Mr. Nilay Chakraborty Mr. Kallol Nag ... for the State Heard learned counsels for the parties. The petitioner seeks parity with co-accused Akhi Hossain who has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court earlier. Learned counsel for the State does not oppose the said fact. In view of the fact that the petitioner is similarly circumstanced with the co-accused who has been granted anticipatory bail earlier, he deserves the same benefit. 2 Accordingly, in the event of arrest, the petitioner Dhimant Mukes Agarwal @ Dhimant Mukesh Agarwal be released on bail on furnishing bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand only), with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and subject to provision under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. The petitioner shall appear before the jurisdictional Court and pray for regular bail within two weeks from date. The petitioner is directed to meet the Investigating Officer once a week till submission of charge sheet. The application for anticipatory bail is, thus, disposed of. Case Diary be returned.
