N SRIHARI (Standing Counsel for ZPP MPP and GRAM PANCHAYAT) The Court made the following: ORDER: Aggrieved by the action of the respondent authorities in allowing the illegal encroachments made for construction of permanent structure of Church on the Common Community Purpose Plot situated in Plot No.19 in Sy.No.196/2B of the Devansh Colony, Komaravolu Village, Pamarru Mandal, Krishna District, by conflicting the authorized and approved layout plan which was sanctioned for construction of Community Hall by the government, the present writ petition is filed. 2. Heard Sri Bhooma Maharshi Reddy, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Sri Ancha Pandu Ranga Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and Smt Naga Chandrika, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj for the respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that pursuant to filing of the writ petition, the encroachments made on the subject land have been removed and there remains nothing for adjudication, accordingly, prayed to close the writ petition. 4. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
