The petitioner has been made an accused in connection with S.T. No.71 of 2021 arising out of Dumka (T) P.S. Case No. 302 of 2020, for the offence under Sections 302 & 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of, learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Dumka. 3. The bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court in B.A. No. 4242/2022 vide order dated 04.05.2022. 4. On 07.11.2020 at about 12:00 Noon, the petitioner is said to have shot the wife of the informant. She died during the course of treatment. 5. It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 9.11.2020. It was further submitted that trial is in progress. 6. Considering the nature of allegation and the fact that trial is under progress, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected. 7.
