It is submitted that this Court has allowed to continue interim relief as granted under order dated 15.04.2009 and also directed that ad- interim relief granted shall remain inforce only if applicants deposits maintenance amount on 10th Day of every month without any fault in Regular Darkhast. However, on page No. 2, in paragraph No. 8 the words “or before” 10th Day of every month “from March, 2025 onwards” are missing. 3. Motion is allowed. The paragraph No. 8 of page No. 2 would now read thus :- This Order is Speaking to Minutes order of order dated // 2 48ca1092.25 speaking 4. Since the applicants voluntarily deposits amount, it would be just and proper to continue interim relief as granted under order dated 15.04.2009. Needless to state that ad-interim relief granted shall remain inforce only if applicants deposits maintenance amount on or before 10th day of every month from March, 2025 onwards without any fault in Regular Darkhast pending on the file of Civil Judge, Junior Division, Kalamnuri. Any default in making deposit of maintenance amount would entail vacation of interim relief, without further reference to this Court. 5. Necessary corrections be carried out.
