Construction of High Schooi Building with compound wall in goguladinne R and R Center identified for project displaced families of sunkesula village peddaraveedu mandal ,prakasam district under pula subbaiah veiigonda projects vide Agreement No. 74/2018-19 dated 06.02.2019.,duly approved by the respondents, as illegal, arbitrary, unjust, unreasonable and violative of fundamental rights guaranteed to the Petitioner under Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to consider the payment of amounts of Rs. 2,04,04,181/- (Rupees Two Crores Four Lakhs Four Thousand One Hundred And Eighty One Only) due to the petitioner in respect of execution of said work executed by the Petitioner IA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased pleased to direct the respondents to forthwith consider releasing the amounts Rs.2,04,04,181/- (Rupees Two Crores Four Lakhs Four Thousand One Hundred And Eighty One Only) payable to the petitioner herein, pending disposal of the writ petition Counsel for the Petitioner:

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents. 3. At the time of hearing, Ms.K.Devasri Roshan, learned counsel for the petitioner stated that, pending the writ petition, the respondents have paid the

amounts due to the petitioner. Therefore, requested this Court to close the writ petition. 4. Recording the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
