The present revision has been filed by the applicant with following prayer: “ It is therefore prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this revision and be pleased to set-aside the order dated 11.11.2021 passed by learned Court below for the ends of justice and may further be pleased to modify the order dated 11.11.2021 and reduce the maintenance amount, in the interest of justice. ” 2. None appears nor is any representation made on behalf of the applicant to press this revision when the case is called out. 3. The Registry has also reported that the present revision suffers from various defaults, and earlier the time has already been given to the applicant to remove the defaults on various dates, but till date the defaults have not been removed.
