Learned counsel for the petitioner makes a statement that impugned advertisement was subsequently cancelled and no selection could be made for the post of Director; he further submits that petitioner was subsequently appointed as Director in Sonbhadra Institute of Technology in State of U.P., where he is still serving. He submits that in view of aforesaid facts, this writ petition has become infructuous. 6.
