Pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 21.05.2025, Exemption Application No. 01 of 2025 dated 21.05.2025 has been filed today, same is taken on record. 2. Pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 21.05.2025, Managing Director, Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation, Head Quarter at Tedhi Kothi, Lucknow is present before this Court. 3. Sri Sunil Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the respondent no.3 has filed second affidavit of compliance along with Recall/Modification Application No. 01 of 2025 on behalf of the respondent no.3, dated 28.05.2025 before this Court, same is taken on record. 4. Office is directed to allot regular number. 5. It is stated in the aforesaid affidavit filed in support of aforesaid application that as per award passed by the Labour Court in favour of the present petitioner, entire amount has already been paid to him vide Cheque No. 868319 dated 22.05.2025. It is further stated in paragraph no.7 of the affidavit that workman has also been reinstated in service also on 20.05.2025. 6. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the State-respondents and perused the record. 7. From the perusal of record, it transpires that relief sought, has already been granted to the petitioner, no further orders are required to be passed. 8. In response to the aforesaid, it is argued by the learned counsel for the petitioner that present writ petition has become infrucutous. 9. Personal appearance of the officer concerned is exempted. 10. 0rder dated 21.05.2025 by which direction was given by this Court to stop the salary of Managing Director, Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation, Head Quarter at Tedhi Kothi, Lucknow is hereby recalled. 11. Recall/Modification Application is allowed. Re-Civil Misc. Writ Petition 1.
