This writ petition was filed in 2021, challenging Notice dated 17.03.2021, issued by Narcotics Control Bureau, Dehradun. The said notice was issued under Section 67 of NDPS Act, 1985, asking petitioner to appear before Intelligence Officer, Narcotics Control Bureau, Dehradun. 3. Petitioner’s presence was required in connection with seizure of 200 gram Heroin at ISBT bride, Dehradun on 13.03.2020. 4. No good ground is made out for interfering in the impugned notice. Even otherwise also, the notice was issued on 17.03.2021. More than four years have gone by, thus the relief as prayed cannot be granted at this belated stage. 5.
