Perused the material on record. Learned Assistant Government Pleader placed on record, the written instructions and would submit that two political groups of YSRCP and TDP resorted to clashes in the premises of GGH, Ongole on 10.04.2024 and in that connection basing on the complaint given by one Mudavath Bhagavan Naik, Addl.DME registered a case in Crime No.96 of 2024 and for the same incident, Petitioner gave separate complaint on 12.04.2024, for which, no separate crime will be registered for the same incident and requested to dispose of the Writ Petition by passing appropriate orders. Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that recording the said submission, this Writ Petition may be disposed of. 3 In that view, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Respondent Police are directed to follow due process of law with regard to the subject matter. No order as to costs. Pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
