GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following: 3 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE TARLADA RAJASEKHAR RAO WRIT PETITION NO. 26993 of 2025 ORDER: The present Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief: “…to issue a Writ of Mandamus, or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, declaring the action of the Respondent No.4 herein not disposing of the Revenue Appeal No.D/795/2023 filed against Form-VI Notice and Endorsement in Ref.No.B/52/2021 dated 01.06.2021 even after reserving the matter for orders on 21/06/2025 as illegal, arbitrary and consequently direct the Respondent No.4 to dispose the Revenue Appeal No.D/795/2023 and pass such other order or orders as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case”. 2. The petitioner has approached this Court with a prayer for issuance of a direction for expeditious disposal of the Revenue Appeal No.D/795/2023 filed against Form-VI Notice and Endorsement in Ref.No.B/52/2021, dated 01.06.2021 even after reserving the matter for orders on 21.06.2025 by the 4th respondent. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the appellate authority is bound to decide the case in accordance with law expeditiously. The urgency that is stated that the property rights are involved in the case if the delay is occasioned that it will be detrimental to the petitioner. Hence, pleaded to direct the appellate authority to dispose of the appeal in a time bound manner in accordance with law. 4. Ergo the Court directs the 4th respondent appellate authority to make an endeavour to put an end, by making all the efforts in deciding 4 the case with due diligence within a reasonable time for disposal of the Revenue Appeal filed by the petitioner, on merits and as per law, as expeditiously as possible and in any case, not beyond three months from the date of receipt of the order. 5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
