The petitioners have filed the present contempt petition under Article 215 of the Constitution of India read with Section 12 of the Contempt of Court Act against non-compliance of the order dated 30.04.2025 (Annexure P/1) passed by this Court in WP(C) No. 1445/2024 by the respondents. 2. In pursuance of order passed by this Court on 30.04.2025, the respondents have already decided the representation of the petitioners on 15.10.2025 against the petitioners. 3. Ms. Divya Potai, Sub-Divisional Officer (Revenue) and Land Acquisition Officer Navagarh, District Bemetara (C.G.)/respondent No. 4 contemnor authority has appeared before this Court in person and has tendered unconditional apology for delay in compliance of the order passed by this Court. 4. Since the order has been complied and the contemnor has tendered apology for delay in compliance of the order passed by this Court, nothing is required to be adjudicated by this Court at this juncture, however, liberty is granted to the petitioners to challenge the same before appropriate forum. Copy of the order 3 dated 15.10.2025 is taken on record. 5. Accordingly, the contempt petition is disposed of with aforesaid liberty granted in favour of the petitioners.
