Act, P.S. Cyber Crime, District Fatehpur. 3. On preliminary objection as to how present petition is maintainable in the light of judgment passed in SLP (Criminal) No. 762 of 2020 (Hukum Chand Garg and others vs. State of U.P. and others) decided on 7.2.2022 learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw present petition with liberty to the petitioners to avail remedy as may be available to them in accordance with law. 4. Accordingly, present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. 5. Office is directed to return the certified copy of the first information report to learned counsel for the petitioners after obtaining photocopy of the same within three days.
