The present application has been filed praying for correction of the typographical Page No.# 2/2 errors appearing in the order dated 19.12.2024 appearing in Criminal Petition No.848/2024. 3. In paragraph 8 of the said order, it is mentioned that “the cash amount of ₹50,000,00/- which was lying deposited in the office of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nazira was to be given to the authorized representative of the Canara Bank without taking any bond”. 4. Mr. Sharma submits that instead of Nazira, it should have been Chief Judicial Magistrate, Karimganj. 5. I have heard the learned counsel of both sides. 6. The errors pointed out are typographical in nature. Therefore, in paragraph 8, “the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nazira shall henceforth be read as Chief Judicial Magistrate, Karimganj”. 7. This order shall form a part of the order dated 19.12.2024 passed by this Court in Criminal Petition No.848/2024.
