The petitioner has preferred the present petition with the prayer to direct the respondent No.3/Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tamkuhiraj, Kushinagar to comply with the order dated 05.12.1988 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.8085 of 1988. 2. It is argued that on the basis of the aforesaid order, the Additional District Magistrate (Judicial) Kushinagar, passed order dated 07.01.2024 and the aforesaid order has not been complied with. 3. From perusal of the record, it transpires that the order dated 07.01.2024 has been passed on the basis of the order dated 05.12.1988 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.8085 of 1988 and for the best reason known to the petitioner, the copy of the aforesaid order has not been appended with the present petition. Apart from the same, in case, the order passed by this Court has not been complied with, the petitioner has the liberty to avail the proper remedy as provided by law. 4. In this view of the matter, the present petition is misconceived and the same is liable to be dismissed and the present petition is hereby dismissed.
