The instant writ petition has been filed for following relief: "I. Issue writ, order, or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding directing the Tehsildar (Judicial) Ballia, District Ballia/respondent no. 2 to decide the Restoration Application No. 561 of 2021 (its computerize case No. T202515090306381) under Section 209 U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 (Gulab and others Vs. Deenbandhu and another) Mauja Gadwar, Pargana Kopachit Sharki, District Ballia arising out of order dated 20.07.2021 passed by respondent no. 2 in case no. 5447/2021 (its computerize case No. T202115090305447) (Sarju Vs. Bharat and others) under Section 34/35 U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 within stipulated period or as directed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the aforementioned restoration application is pending since 2021 before respondent no.2 for adjudication. He prayed that the same may be decided expeditiously. 4. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. The present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the respondent No. 2 to consider and decide the aforementioned restoration application, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order after ensuring service upon all the respondents and after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned provided that there is no other legal impediment.
