Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and Sri V.V.Satish, Ld. Standing Counsel for the APEPDCL. 2. Since this Writ Petition is of the year 2015, on 31.10.2025, this Court indicted that this matter will be heard and disposed of on the next date of listing. At that point of time, this Court had also indicated that if no instructions are forthcoming from the Writ Petitioner, this Court would consider dismissing the Writ Petition for non-prosecution. 3. Sri A.Pavan Kumar, Ld. Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri K. Jyothi Prasad, Ld. Counsel for the Writ Petitioner submits that in compliance with the Para-3 of the Order of this Court dated 31.10.2025, Ld. Counsel for the Writ Petitioners has sent Registered Post with acknowledgment due on 03.11.2025 to both the Writ Petitioners, despite which the Writ Petitioners herein did not respond. Ld. Counsel for the Writ Petitioners has placed on record the copy of the ‘Letter’ addressed to the Writ Petitioners along with the proof of Postal Receipts. They are taken on record. 4. The prayer sought in the present Writ Petition would indicate the Petitioners are questioning the action of the Respondents in trying to lay High Tension Wires across the Petitioners agricultural lands. The docket indicates that this Court has not granted any interim protection to the Writ Petitioners. Therefore, this Court is of the view that the cause of action may not survive. 3 5. In this view of the matter, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non- prosecution. No order as to costs. 6. The Registry is directed to preserve the record of this Writ Petition for a period of ten (10) weeks. If the Writ Petitioners are of the view that the cause of action still survives, the Writ Petitioners are given liberty to file an Application for Restoration within eight (08) weeks from the date of uploading of this Order on the web-site of this Court. If no attempt is made by the Writ Petitioners within eight (08) weeks as stated above, the Registry is at liberty to destroy the Writ Petition record as per the Rules after ten (10) weeks. 7.
