2 Choudhary against the present applicant and her son namely Balveer Singh Sans, in respect of the incident alleged to have been committed between the period of 10.11.2022 to
25.05.2024. The F.I.R. was lodged inter alia on the allegations that, the L.I.C agent namely Smt. Sharanjeet Kaur & her son Balveer Singh Sans by making forged documents of the L.I.C Policy and by asking some other persons to invest money in business and by giving them assurance of providing profit out of the investment and thereby have defrauded them to the tune of Rs. 45,53,780 /-. It was alleged that the complainant had taken nearly about 13 Policies through Smt. Sharanjeet Kaur and on her request, he had given the installments of the policies to her son namely Balbeer Singh, who received an amount of Rs. 5,75,304/- and instead of depositing it in L.I.C he prepared a fake deposit slip and gave it to him. Similarly other persons were also defrauded of different amounts on the assurance of profit being given to them, therefore F.I.R was lodged against the applicant and her son.
3.

On the other hand, learned State counsel opposes the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail. 5. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the case diary. 6.
