This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief: “to issue a Writ or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the inaction of respondents no.3 4 in not conducting the survey and fixing the boundaries of the Petitioners land consists of 0.34 Acres Vide Khata.No.l360 situated in Registered Survey No. 204B of Urukunda Village, Kowthalam Mandal, Kurnool District irrespective of continuous prayers on-line application to them which is arbitrary, against the principles of natural justice and violation of the Section 5, 7, 8, 9, 10(1) ,15(1) and 22 of The A.P. Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923 and Article 14, 19, 21 300 A of Constitution of India and subsequently direct Respondent No.2 to consider the detailed representation dated 08-11-2025 and also subsequently direct the Respondents No.3 4 to consider F Line Application No. FSNV012500865624 dated 24-11-2025 to conduct survey and fix the boundaries in the subject land and pass….” 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Stamps and Registration appearing for the respondents. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner submitted an F-line application to the respondent authorities on 24.11.2025, seeking conduct of survey and fixation of boundaries of the petitioner’s land admeasuring Ac.0.34 cents, covered by Khata No.1360, situated in Registered Survey No.204B, Urukunda Village, Kowthalam Mandal, Kurnool District. Despite receipt of the said representation, the respondent authorities have neither considered the same nor conducted the survey till date. Hence, the present writ petition is filed. 4. On the other hand, the learned Government Pleader for the respondents has produced written instructions dated 04.12.2025 issued by the 3rd respondent/Tahsildar, wherein it is stated that pursuant to the application submitted by the petitioner, the Village Surveyor generated an online notice fixing the date of survey as 02.12.2025 and informed the petitioner accordingly. However, the petitioner did not attend the survey on the scheduled date. It is further stated that the Village Surveyor has generated a second notice to be served on the petitioner, adjacent landholders, and other interested parties. The said notice was issued under Section 23 of the A.P. Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923, requiring all concerned to attend the survey on 08.12.2025 along with their original documents. 5. Considering the submissions made by both the learned counsel and upon perusal of the material available on record, and in view of the written instructions furnished by the respondents, it is evident that the petitioner’s F-line application has been considered and the survey has been duly scheduled. The petitioner is, therefore, permitted to appear before the 4th respondent along with all relevant records. The respondents are directed to conduct the survey and fix the boundaries of the subject property of the petitioner, strictly in accordance with the provisions of the A.P. Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923, and pass appropriate orders within a period of one (01) month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
