In view of the order proposed to be passed herein, no useful purpose would be served by putting the opposite party to notice and keeping this petition pending before this Court. However, in case the opposite party feels aggrieved by the order his/her right to seek modification/variation of the order is being kept reserved. 3. The basic relief sought by the petitioner in the present petition is to direct the respondent no.3/District Magistrate, Gautam Budh Nagar to initiate the recovery proceedings to recover the amount in compliance of the letter Gau, P.W.A. 1119/2019 dated 10.01.2025 issued by respondent no. 2/Assistant Labour Commissioner/Prescribed Authority Payment of Wages Act 1936 against the respondent no. 4 in the execution of the order dated 27.08.2024 passed by respondent no. 2/Assistant Labour Commissioner/Prescribed Authority Payment of Wages Act 1936 in Case No. Gau. P.W.A.1119/2019 Salim Miyan Vs. M/s Sanjona Enterprises (Nilambari Business Solution) 4. The matter is pending before the Court below and considerable time has already been lapsed but till date no final decision has been taken in the matter. 5. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.3/District Magistrate, Gautam Budh Nagar to take a decision in the matter strictly in accordance with law most expeditiously and preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of certified copy before the Court below but without granting unnecessary adjournment unless there is no legal impediment.
