Sarma, learned Page No.# 2/2 Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. This interlocutory application is preferred by the applicant for impleadment of State of Assam, as respondent No. 3, in Bail Application No. 3904/2024. Mr. Khan, learned counsel for the applicant submits that inadvertently the State of Assam has not been arrayed in the aforesaid bail application as respondent. But, notice upon the State of Assam has been served and the case diary has also been called for and as such, this interlocutory application may be allowed. On the other hand, Mr. Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that he has received the case diary and also received the notice. In that view of the matter, this court is inclined to allow this interlocutory application by impleading the State of Assam, as respondent No. 3, in Bail Application No. 3904/2024.
