Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, would submit that on 08.11.2025, on receiving the compliant of the petitioner, a case in Cr.No.330 of 2025 is registered under Sections 74, 75(1) , 79, 351 (2), 329 (4) r/w 3 (5) of B.N.S on the file of Old Guntur Police Station. 4. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
