1. Heard Mr. Bhupendra Singh, learned counsel for the Petitioners. Also heard Mr. Sangharsh Pandey, learned Government Advocate for the State/ Respondent No.1 and Mr. Raja Sharma, learned counsel for Respondent No.2. 2. The petitioners have filed the instant petition with the following prayer:-
“It is, therefore, prayed that the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the application by quashing the impugned F.I.R. no.06/2022 dated 30.07.2022 of the Police Station Gondahur, District – Kanker, in the interest of justice.”

Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners have received a notice that the charge-sheet in this case would be filed on 08th of May, 2025 and in the present petition the prayer has been made for quashing of the FIR. He would next submit that the petitioners are already on anticipatory bail. 4. Learned counsel also submits that the charge-sheet in this case is going to be filed on 08th of May, 2025. 5.
In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioners that the charge-sheet is going to be filed on 08th of May, 2025, we deem it appropriate to dismiss the petition granting liberty to the petitioners to challenge the charge-sheet before the appropriate forum in accordance with law. 3 / 3
