IS PRODUCED AT ANNEXURE-G ISSUED BY THE RESPONDENT NO.5 AND ALSO QUASH ALL FURTHER PROCEEDINGS IN PURSUANCE OF THE SAID NOTICE AND ETC.,

ORAL ORDER (PER: THE HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SURAJ GOVINDARAJ)
1. The petitioners are before this Court seeking for the following reliefs:
“i) Issue a writ in the nature of certiorari or any other writ, order or direction and quash the impugned notice dated 24.07.2024 bearing no.
is produced at ANNEXURE-g issued by the respondent no.5 and also quash all further proceedings in pursuance of the said notice; and
ii) Grant such other relief, which the Court deems fit, in the facts and circumstances of the case.”
2. A memo dated 03.04.2025 singed by the learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the respondents-State has been filed, which reads as under;
“The counsel for the Respondent / State most respectfully submits that, the 4th Respondent issued letter dated 24.07.2024. The said letter has been withdrawn by the 4th Respondent vide letter dated 16.11.2024. In view of the withdrawal of the said letter, the above said Writ Petition will not survive for consideration with liberty to the State to take appropriate action in accordance with law. Copy of the letter dated 16.11.2024 is produced along with this memo for kind perusal for this Hon’ble Court in the interest of justice and equity.”
3. The learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the respondent-State submits that the impugned

notice dated 24.07.2024 has been withdrawn. In view of the same, the present petition does not survive for
consideration.
4. Accepting the submission of the learned Additional Government Advocate and taking the memo on record, the petition stands dismissed, reserving liberty to the petitioner to take such action as may be permissible in accordance with law.
5. In view of disposal of the writ petition, pending interlocutory applications, if any, do not survive for
consideration and are disposed of accordingly.
