The petitioners claim that they are entitled for regularization of their services. A representation in this regard has been made but to no avail. The only prayer made by Shri Shivam Yadav, learned counsel assisted by Shri Aditya Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioners is that the representation of the petitioners may be decided within a stipulated period of time. Shri Tejasvi Misra, learned counsel for the respondents No. 2 and 3 submits that the matter requires determination of facts by the competent authority as per law in the first instance. However, he fairly contends that the claim of regularization of their services is liable to be decided by the competent authority in a reasonable time frame. In light of the submissions made at the Bar and without going into the merits of the case, the respondent no. 3 is directed to decide the claim of the petitioners strictly in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order along with a fresh copy of the representation. It is clarified that this Court has not gone into the merits of the controversy. The same shall be decided by the competent authority by independent application of mind.
