According to learned counsel for petitioner, during pendency of present writ petition, prayer made in this writ petition for payment of gratuity, leave encashment, GIS etc is being substantially addressed. Learned counsel for petitioner further submits that gratuity amount of Rs. 8 lac is determined, however, a part of it i.e. about Rs.2 lac only was paid. Learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 to 4 submits that remaining amount towards gratuity will be paid within 12 weeks.
