Heard the parties.
The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Pakur (Malpahari) P.S. Case No. 38 of 2024, S.T. Case No.67 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 363, 366, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and thereafter, charge-sheet has been submitted under Sections 363, 366A & 504 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Pakur.
On 26.02.2024 at about 4:00 P.M, petitioner is alleged to have taken away the daughter of the informant to his house. When the informant sent her son to bring her back, petitioner threatened her of dire consequences. It further appears that prior to this occurrence, the daughter of the informant had gone to the house of the petitioner but no case was instituted at that time. The victim is aged about 13 years old.
In view of the aforesaid fact, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
