(Oral) Since issue sought to be decided in the instant proceedings, already stands considered and decided by this Court in CWP No.3468 of 2023, titled Loktantra Senani Sangh Himachal Pradesh Vs. State of H.P. and Another, decided on 22.09.2024, prayer being innocuous, made on behalf of the petitioner, for consideration of his case in terms of aforesaid judgment, deserves to be allowed. 2. While putting in appearance on behalf of respondents, Mr. B.C. Verma, learned Additional Advocate General, fairly states that representation, if any, filed by the petitioner to decide his case in 2025:HHC:1661 2 terms of judgment, detailed hereinabove, shall be considered in accordance with law. 3. Consequently, in view of fair stand adopted by learned Additional Advocate General, this Court without commenting upon the merits of the case, deems it fit to dispose of the present petition, reserving liberty to the petitioner to file representation within a period of one week to the competent authority for redressal of his grievance, which in turn shall be considered and decided by the authority concerned, taking note of judgment passed by this Court in Loktantra Senani Sangh Himachal Pradesh case (supra), if applicable, expeditiously, preferably, within a period of six weeks. Ordered accordingly. Liberty is reserved to the petitioner to file appropriate proceedings in appropriate Court of law, if he still remains aggrieved.
