Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the respondent– police are interfering into the Civil Disputes between the petitioners and the un-official respondent Nos.4 to 6 with regard to the subject property and also a civil suit vide O.S.No.329 of 2023 is pending on the file of the Court of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Tenali, Guntur District 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that the police are not interfering in civil disputes between the petitioners and unofficial respondents. 5. Considering the submissions made, this writ petition is disposed of. However the respondent police are directed not to interfere in the civil dispute between the parties except under due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
