ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 11 25-04-2025 The present review application is filed by the petitioner seeking review of the order dated 11.01.2024 passed by this Hon’ble Court. 2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has stated that on a complaint made by the petitioner only, the authorities have initiated necessary action but the writ petitioner did not make the petitioner as a party respondent. Learned counsel has stated that an opportunity may be granted to the petitioner herein to appear before the authority concerned Patna High Court C. REV. No.191 of 2024(11) dt.25-04-2025 2/2 and assist them in passing the orders. 3. This Court does not find any merits in the above submission, the duty or the role of the complainant comes to an end as soon as the complaint filed by him is taken cognizance and necessary action initiated against the dealer by the authority. Once the authorities have initiated the action, the role of the complainant ends. 4.
