There was no representation on behalf of petitioners on earlier occasion, i.e., on 22.09.2025. Therefore, the matter was posted to
30.10.2025. Even on that day, none appeared for petitioners. Hence, the matter was again directed to be listed under the caption “for dismissal” today. Even today, none appear for the petitioners. It indicates that the petitioners are not interested in pursuing the writ petition. 2. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed for non- prosecution. No order as to costs.
