Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Godda (T) P.S. Case No. 385 of 2021 for the offences registered under sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Godda. 3. Father of the Informant was abducted by unknown persons for ransom. Later on, he was released after ransom was paid. Subsequently, father of the Informant committed suicide. It is alleged that the petitioner had talked to the main accused persons who are alleged to have instigated the deceased to commit suicide. 4. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Godda in connection with Godda (T) P.S.
