This is an application for restoration of the WPS No. 573/2016, which has been dismissed for want of prosecution on19.09.2024. 2. learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the subject matter in the writ petition was the termination of the applicant from the post of Peon and his writ petition was represented by his counsel, however, due to unavoidable circumstances he could not appear on 19.09.2024, when the matter was called for hearing, therefore, the writ petition was dismissed for want of prosecution.
