Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was turned down by this Court on February 17, 2025. The petitioner has married the defacto complainant on March 01, 2025 and they have been leading happy marital life together. Learned counsel for the defacto complainant concedes to the submission made on behalf of the petitioner. In view of such change in circumstance of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 2 Accordingly, in the event of arrest, the petitioner Aliul Islam @ Aliual Hosen @ Aljul Hossain be released on bail on furnishing bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand only), with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and subject to provision under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. The petitioner shall appear before the jurisdictional Court and pray for regular bail within two weeks from date. The application for anticipatory bail is, thus, disposed of. Case Diary be returned.
