THE TAHSILDAR, PENDURTHY MANDAL, VISAKHAPATNAM DISTRICT 2 ...RESPONDENT(S): Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus by declaring the action of the respondents in not mutating our names in the revenue records and granting Pattadar pass books and title deeds in our favour with regard to our ancestral land to an extent of Ac. 10.44 cents situated in Sy.No.110/1 of Sowbhgyarayapuram Village, Pendurthi Mandal, Visakhapatnam District and to declare the same as arbitrary, illegal and in violation of Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to mutate our names in the revenue records and also to grant Pattadar pass books and title deeds in favour of the petitioners to the petition schedule lands and to our pass IA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents to act upon my representation dated 06.06.2025, pending disposal of the above writ petition and to pass Counsel for the Petitioner(S): 1. GP FOR REVENUE 3 ORDER: The present writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief: “…to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus by declaring the action of the respondents in not mutating our names in the revenue records and granting Pattadar pass books and title deeds in our favour with regard to our ancestral land to an extent of Ac.10.44 cents situated in Sy.No.110/1 of Sowbhgyarayapuram Village, Pendurthi Mandal, Visakhapatnam District and to declare the same as arbitrary, illegal and in violation of Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to mutate our names in the revenue records and also to grant Pattadar pass books and title deeds in favour of the petitioners to the petition schedule lands and pass…” (in verbatim) 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that, in spite of the representations made on 02.06.2025 and 06.06.2025, the respondents have not mutated the names of the petitioners in the revenue records nor granted Pattadar Pass Books and title deeds in their favour. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that the petitioners made physical representations on 02.06.2025 and 06.06.2025 seeking mutation of their names in the Webland adangals. He would further submit that the petitioners are required to submit applications through the online mode. 4 4. Considering the above submissions, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to consider the representations made by the petitioners and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law and based on the records, within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
