GP FOR REVENUE 3 HBKM,J W.P.No.11445 of 2020 The Court made the following Order: Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents. 2. This writ petition was filed questioning the action of the respondents in trying to dispossess the petitioners from the land in an extent of Ac.0.86 cents in RSR Nos.237 and 238 of Parlapalli Village, Yemmiganur Mandal, Kurnool District without taking any action on the representations dated 26.06.2020 and 17.02.2020 and going to distributing the house site pattas under the scheme of “Navaratnalu – Pedalandariki Illu”. 3. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the respondent authorities concerned will follow the due procedure with respect to the subject land. 4. In reply, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that they have not utilized the same for the above said public purpose. 5. In view of the above said facts and circumstances, the respondent Nos.2 to 5 are directed to deal with the subject land in an extent of Ac.0.86 cents in RSR Nos.237 and 238 of Parlapalli Village, Yemmiganur Mandal, Kurnool District, strictly in accordance with law and the representation of the petitioners, if any, afresh with respect to the subject land, the same shall be dealt with by considering and disposing of the same on its own merits by hearing all the parties concerned, including the petitioners and upon 4 HBKM,J W.P.No.11445 of 2020 verification of the records and the subject land, appropriate decision shall be taken on its own merits as expeditiously as possible. 6. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Interim order if any deemed to have been vacated. There shall be no order as to costs.
