Sonam (corpus) has been produced by Sub-Inspector Shivraj Singh (P.N.O.-882120403), Police Station-Crossing Republic, District- Ghaziabad and is identified by her counsel. On the query being raised, petitioner No. 2 Smt. Sonam (corpus) has refused to go along with the petitioner No. 1 Indrajeet (husband of corpus) as she has denied of being married with him. Accordingly, the present Habeas Corpus Petition is devoid of merits and is liable to be dismissed. The present Habeas Corpus Writ Petition is, accordingly dismissed. However, the Petitioner No. 1 Indrajeet has brought a Demand Draft of Rs. 40,000/- bearing No. 719691 dated 14.05.2025 from RBL Bank in favour of petitioner No. 2 Smt. Sonam (corpus) which has been handed over to the petitioner No. 2 Smt. Sonam (corpus) today in the Court.
