This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... to issue a Writ or order/s more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring action of the respondent No.4 calling the petitioners over the phone, sending constables to the their house frequently and summoning the petitioners to the Ulindakonda, police station, without any notice or any formal complaint against them further harassing the petitioners by abusive use power without following due process

of law which is illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and violative of Article 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents not to harass the petitioners depriving them of life and liberty by summoning to police station without following due process of law”
2. Heard Sri Noor Mohammed Ali Jinnah, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that after receiving directions from the Hon’ble Court, the police have registered a case in Crime No.03 of 2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 415, 417, 419 and 420 IPC. During the course of the investigation, the petitioner was called to the police station regarding the said crime. Except that, the police are not interfering in the civil disputes between the parties. 4.
Recording the submissions made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police concerned are directed to follow due process of law regarding the case in Crime No.03 of 2023. There shall be no order as to costs.
