The said order was passed on 02.03.2010 in Crl.M.P.No.564/2010 on the file of Additional Junior Civil Judge, Chilakaluripeta. The learned Magistrate recalled P.W.1 for further cross-examination but refused to recall P.Ws.2 & 3 for further cross-examination. Aggrieved by that order, this Revision was preferred. The learned Additional Junior Civil Judge, Chilakaluripeta is directed to submit the status of the proceedings in C.C.No.33 of 2009. While dictating the above order, Sri K.Sandeep, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that C.C.No.33 of 2009 was disposed on 08.08.2019, as seen from the E-Courts Website, on the ground that both parties filed memo stating that the case was referred to Lok Adalat and the matter was settled before the Lok Adalat. In view of the above submission and in view of the fact that the learned Counsel for the Petitioner also concedes the fact of disposal of the Lok Adalat by the learned Trial Court, this Criminal Revision Case No.640 of 2010 is disposed of as it has become infructuous.
