Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies has furnished a copy of proceedings of the 4th respondent vide D.Dis(G)/1809/2025, dated 26.10.2025, cancelling the petitioner’s authorization. The said fact was admitted by the petitioner, stating that the said proceedings were served on him yesterday in the evening and that the same was also antedated. 3. Since proceedings were already issued by the 4th respondent on 26.10.2025, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh writ petition, challenging the said proceedings. 5 VS,J W.P.NO.30028 OF 2025 4. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is withdrawn. No costs.
