Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that the petitioner was called to the police station for inquiry in connection with Crime No. 74 of 2015, which was registered for the offence under Section 174 Cr.P.C. However, no case has been registered against the petitioner. 4. Recording the said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
