The Criminal Revision Case was filed challenging the order dated 02.11.2018 passed in Crl.M.P. No.738 of 2018 in C.C. No.37 of 2017, 2 whereby the petition filed under Section 239 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking discharge of the petitioner/Accused No.2 was dismissed. 3. In view of the framing of charges by the learned trial Court and in light of the submission of the learned Special Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Revision Case has become infructuous and is liable to be dismissed. 4. In the result, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
