GP FOR HOME 3 THE HONOURABLE DR JUSTICE VENKATA JYOTHIRMAI PRATAPA WRIT PETITION NO: 11883/2024 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “…to issue an order or Direction particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent Nos.4 and 5 not to interfere the petitioners’ life and liberty for filing false Criminal cases against the petitioners through the Respondent No.6 who is conducted money laundering business, and to give police protection to the Petitioners by the 3rd Respondent and his sub ordinates.…” 2. None represented for the petitioners. 3. Sri P.Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that there are money disputes between the 3rd petitioner and the 6th respondent herein. He would further submit that the 3rd petitioner submitted a representation against the 6th respondent to the 3rd respondent through Spandana Portal on 08.01.2024. Basing on the report of the 3rd petitioner, the 5th respondent called both the parties and enquired into the matter. During the course of enquiry, the 3rd petitioner sought time to discharge his debt to the 6th respondent and he agreed to the same. The 5th respondent endorsed the same and closed the petition. The petitioners were called to the police station for preliminary enquiry only and the police never interfered with the petitioners’ life and liberty at any point of time. 4. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
