The matter is referred to the State Appellate Authority inasmuch as the writ application has been filed against the order Patna High Court CWJC No.10841 of 2024(2) dt.22-04-2025 2/2 dated 05.12.2023 passed in Appeal Case No. 30 of 2023 by the Presiding Officer, District Appellate Authority, Bhojpur, Ara which has not been challenged before the State Appellate Authority. 3. Regards being had to the nature of dispute, the petitioner is given liberty to file an appeal before the State Appellate Authority within a period of one month from today. 4. If appeal is filed by the petitioner along with condonation of delay petition, the State Appellate Authority shall consider and dispose the same on its own merit within a reasonable time frame after giving opportunity of hearing to the persons concerned. 5.
