GP FOR ENDOWMENTS The Court made the following: ORDER: Sri K.G.Krishna Moorthy, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is not in contact with him for a long time and he has no instructions in the matter. 2. Since the matter pertains to the year 2004, the party should invariable be in contact with his advocate, however, in the present case, the petitioner had not been pursuing the case through his advocate, it shows that the petitioner had no interest in pursuing the matter. Hence, the Writ Petition is liable to be dismissed. 3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. However, if the petitioner feels that the cause still survives, he can file appropriate application within a period of two (02) months. There shall be no order as to costs.
