By way of the present writ petition, a direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to interfere in peaceful marital/live-in life of petitioners, has been sought. 3. After making certain queries to learned counsel for the parties, it has came into light that now both the families of respective parties are well satisfied and there is hardly any cause of action available in favour of the petitioners for pursuing the instant petition. 5.
